Job summary

Terex Corporation in Huron, SD is seeking a Dock Load Specialist to join our logistics team. You will perform receiving, material control, and shipping tasks under supervision, ensuring accuracy of POs, transfers, and prints, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts, check in materials, process transactions, and prepare reports on goods received and dispatched. The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and Terex Way values.
• Receive and check in raw materials, purchased stock, finished items, equipment, supplies and returned goods.
• Check in received goods to purchase orders and receiving slips for identification, type, part number, dimension, size, quantity, and quality.
• Visually inspect goods for damage and process damage reports.
• Access computer terminals and process all receiving transactions.
• Prepare reports on goods received and dispatched to storage or manufacturing areas.
• Operate forklift per Terex Policies.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in 5S standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
