Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to read orders, select items from warehouse shelves, and stage them for delivery. The role includes operating forklifts, updating inventory, and counting goods to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities cover safe handling, proper rotation, and maintaining clean, organized pick areas while supporting stock control and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• If not forklift certified they must successfully complete certification in-house.
• Team work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read incoming orders and select correct items from shelves.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move goods.
• Update inventory counts and count out goods to fulfill orders.
• Rotate products properly in pick area and ensure freshness.
• Shrink-wrap items securely for delivery.
• Keep pick area clean and organized at all times.
• Move pallets around storage facility and load delivery vehicles if needed.
• Assist in stock control, including replenishment and storage.
