Job summary

RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate in Crockett, TX. This role weighs and packages materials in production, loads and unloads trucks, labels stock, and handles inbound/outbound freight.

The position calls for following standard work processes, operating weigh-up and packaging equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient material flow. The job requires reading and following manuals, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

Must work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized processes.
Must be able to read and follow manuals and procedures.
Must have basic computer skills and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Must read, write, and speak English.
Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
Must be willing to work overtime, up to every other weekend.
Must pass forklift test and respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

Loads, unloads, and picks materials as needed.
Operates heavy material handling equipment.
Moves material to and from storage facilities.
Examines materials for damage and ensures proper labeling.
Counts and arranges inventory as needed.
Prepares merchandise for loading onto trucks and ensures proper documentation.
Sets up and operates weigh-up or packaging machinery and checks safety procedures.
Maintains equipment and supports production laborers with materials.
