Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Carrollton, TX branch. The role covers off-loading, put-away, picking, and staging of equipment and parts while delivering professional service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, inventory control, cycle counts, paperwork accuracy, and adherence to SOPs. Qualification emphasizes 1+ year warehouse experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification or in-house training within 30 days is preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience is expected.
• 1+ year forklift experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload, move, and stage materials and equipment.
• Receive items and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and related paperwork.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and work processes.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
