Job summary

National Safety Apparel is seeking a full-time Receiving Clerk to manage all receiving activities, including fabric receipts, inventory items, and production supplies. Position requires accurate data entry into the company software and timely processing of receipts.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, tagging materials, and placing goods into correct locations, with daily entries in the TCM system and close collaboration with Purchasing and Inventory Control.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years in shipping or receiving.
• Attention to detail, dependable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming shipments and enter receipts into the computer system within 24 hours.
• Unload trucks and tag raw materials; place goods in correct bins or deliver to the right area.
• Operate forklift/standup forklift safely.
• Maintain dock area, ensure security at dock entrances, and collaborate with Purchasing and Inventory Control.
