Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, shipping, distribution or logistics environment.
• Forklift certification is required or willing to obtain one.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 125 lbs and perform team lifts when required.
• Experience with inventory systems or warehouse software is a plus.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive inventory and verify against documents.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with Operations and Logistics to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
