Job summary

Hansgrohe Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Material Handler – Shipping to support daily outbound shipments. You will pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders, operating a forklift and scanning devices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role focuses on outbound fulfillment, with responsibilities for loading shipments, securing products, and maintaining clean, safe shipping areas. Experience with SAP or RF/RFID devices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, distribution, warehouse, or material handling.
• Forklift experience required and safe operation.
• Experience picking, packing, staging, and preparing outbound orders.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and accurate quantity identification.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment per Hansgrohe procedures.
• Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to move and stage products.
• Load outbound shipments and ensure proper securing for transport.
• Package products with appropriate wrapping, labeling, and cartons.
• Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping docs prior to shipment.
• Use SAP and RF/RFID scanning devices to process movements and maintain records.
• Assist with receiving and material movement to support warehouse operations.
• Restock Kanban locations and participate in cycle counts as needed.
