Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a Material Handler for our Eagleville, TN manufacturing operation. You will operate a forklift to move raw materials, parts, and finished goods and provide support across departments.

Salary is based on experience with shift from 6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include receiving materials, stocking, and maintaining a safe, organized workplace per 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year forklift experience in a production environment.
• Forklift certification required.
• Attention to detail and care.
• Ability to organize products/materials on racks, production floor and staging areas.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic mathematical operations.
• Ability to follow instructions under limited supervision.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and stock incoming raw materials.
• Supplying production with materials and parts as required to meet production demands.
• Transfer finished goods to holding and/or loading areas.
• Perform safety inspections and simple routine maintenance to ensure tools remain safe and fully operational.
• Maintain a safe work environment and wear required PPE at all times.
• Ensure that work place is maintained in compliance with 5S standards.
