PaperWorks is hiring a Powered Truck Operator (PTO) to join our warehouse team. You will receive, ship, move materials and maintain inventory accuracy while operating powered industrial trucks safely across multiple shifts and sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years PIT experience, 6–12 months accident-free, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer $19–$23/hour, benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a casual dress code.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years PIT experience.
• Minimum of 6–12 months accident-free experience.
• Ability to read and interpret information provided in schedules and diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate all powered industrial trucks (PITs) in accordance with PaperWorks' rules and regulations.
• Handle raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods with precision using forklifts and related equipment.
• Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation using bar code readers.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on PITs and report deficiencies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and shipping goals.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
