Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Order Picker at our Duncan, SC facility. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with possible overtime. Hourly rate is $23.00, including a $1.25 shift premium. Benefits include health coverage from day one and more.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and material movement to support customer orders. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED and no sponsorship or relocation benefits; 50-mile radius restriction applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No immigration sponsorship or support for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT and related visas.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Duncan, SC.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and order picker to retrieve material from warehouse locations.
• Visually inspect products, verify counts with scanning equipment.
• Unload and stage pallets, generate move tickets and restock materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and ensure proper packing and labeling.
• Resolve discrepancies to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain safety and quality, report unsafe acts and follow procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
