Job summary

Steadfast Employment is seeking reliable forklift operators for our Mississippi warehouse. Operators will use stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or pallet jacks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise accurately and safely.

Openings include 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts with pay of $16–$18 per hour. In-house certification is provided, and you must lift up to 50 lbs and follow OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, or reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution setting required.
• Certification is provided in-house.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, heights).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment to pull, move, and stage products
• Accurately pick orders and transport materials to designated areas
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers as needed
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet productivity goals

Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–5:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay

$16-18/hour, depending on position
