Marathon Staffing is seeking experienced, reliable candidates for Temp-to-Perm, Forklift positions available immediately in Belchertown, MA!!

Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Moves material in process from one station to another if necessary
• Bands, wraps and/or packs finished goods, and labels material
• Moves finished goods from production area to finished goods inventory yard or warehouse
• Assist production with bottlenecks and other material needs
• Provides general preventive maintenance on equipment
• Completes pre-shift startup equipment checklist and reports any problems or concerns
• Maintains rough material and finished goods inventory yard organized and clean
• Completes production records as required
• Follows forklift rules and policies as described by Company policy
• Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements include, but may not be limited to:

• Must have prior Forklift experience
• Ability to bend, lift, twist up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Must be at least 18 years of age

1st Shift Hours - 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

2nd Shift Hours - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

3rd Shift Hours - 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Pay range starts at $20 per hour, will increase based on experience. Pay increases and GREAT benefits upon full time hire!! Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision and Life.
