Job summary

Bentley Mills in City of Industry, CA is looking for a Forklift Operator B to join our warehouse team. You will deliver yarn, unload trailers, and move materials using the AS400-based inventory system while coordinating with the planning and production departments.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience with certification, basic reading of lot numbers in English, and the ability to work overtime, including weekends, to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• One year minimum experience with carpet.
• Ability to read, understand and discuss numerical and alphabetical lot numbers in English.
• Basic computer experience.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver yarn to different departments.
• Unload yarn trailers from outside vendors/warehouse.
• Familiar with Bentley inventory system and AS400 transaction codes.
• Perform customer service and collaborate with other departments.
• Pack yarn for return to stock and load creels for machines.
• Cycle counts of yarn inventory and sample orders for custom samples.
• Assist planning department with poms.
