Qualifications

• 3–5 years of distribution center and production experience; 7+ years preferred.
• OSHA forklift certification required.
• Experience using RF guns or handheld scanners to track inventory and ensure real‑time system updates.
• Proficient in basic math, reading, and communication to follow written instructions and complete documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory tracking and material handling.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to support continuous production flow.
• Flexible and adaptable to support multiple lines and adjust to shifting priorities as directed by supervisors.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable following equipment operating procedures and safety protocols consistently.

Responsibilities

• Support fast‑paced production lines by ensuring each line is supplied with raw materials to meet daily targets.
• Promptly stage materials, remove empty pallets, wrap finished goods, and maintain smooth product flow.
• Use RF scanners to ensure real‑time system updates and inventory accuracy.
• Clear empty pallets and debris to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work on different lines as directed by production supervisors and adapt to changing priorities.
• Coordinate with line leads and supervisors for a smooth workflow and accurate inventory records.
• Maintain safe operation of warehouse equipment and comply with OSHA safety standards.
