MARATHON STAFFING GROUP is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for fast-paced wood processing operations in Springdale, PA. You will move and stack lumber, assist production and shipping, and keep yard inventory organized while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience, comfort with outdoor conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive weekly pay with overtime and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sit-down industrial forklift experience.
• Experience handling lumber or oversized loads is a plus.
• Comfortable working around sawdust, loud machinery, and outdoor conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, load, unload, and stack lumber and wood products.
• Support production, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Organize yard inventory and maintain accurate loads.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow OSHA and all plant safety procedures.
