Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services in Texas is seeking a dependable forklift operator to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products within our warehouse, following safety policies and procedures. You will use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy, collaborate with teammates, and perform routine equipment inspections.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of slip sheet experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime; background

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a slip sheet.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with safety policies.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated area.
• Check inbound/outbound items for accuracy and damage.
• Use handheld scanners to ensure warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Additional duties assigned by supervisor.
