The role involves operating stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, order picking, packing, and shipping in a clean, organized facility. First shift, Mon‑Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm with paid training and eligibility for PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work in a diverse environment.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load, pick, pack, ship, receive, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, loading and unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
