Job Description

This job profile is used for roles in a Base Plus program involving the transportation of merchandise within a warehouse using forklifts or reach trucks, including loading, unloading, and order picking.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Assist with stocking and retrieving merchandise on various levels using high lift equipment, ensuring safe operation to prevent damage.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Preferred one year of experience.

Knowledge & Application

• Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
• Ability to follow simple instructions.
• No formal occupational training required.
• May operate simple equipment under guidance.
