Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to move finished products within our warehouse and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, operate palletizing equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold housekeeping and safety standards. Weekend day shifts with $20/hour base, a $3 shift differential, and a 7% target quarterly bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Forklift operations experience is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds; warehouse environment experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English language required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift.
• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on palletizing equipment.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and audits as required.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility.
• Follow standard work policies and procedures.
• Work as a team with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations.

Job description

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner by forklift operation and physically loading/unloading our trucks. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift
• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility

• Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed.

Shift Rotation - Weekend Days

Week 1: Friday – Sunday 5pm – 5am
Week 2: Thursday – Sunday 5pm – 5am

Compensation

$20.00 per hour and $3.00 shift differential; 7% target quarterly bonus
