Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to move finished products within the warehouse safely and efficiently by forklift operation and loading/unloading trucks. You will maintain inventory accuracy and uphold housekeeping and warehouse standards.

Work hours are Weekday Nights, 5pm–5am on alternating weeks. The role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour with a 7% target quarterly bonus and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• Forklift operations experience is a must.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift.
• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and audits as required.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility.
• Follow standard work policies and procedures.
• Work as a team with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations.

Job description

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner by forklift operation and physically loading/unloading our trucks. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers

Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift

Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment

Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

Perform safety inspections and audits as required

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility

Follow standard work policies and procedures

Work as a team with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations

Forklift operations experience is a must

Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed.

Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus

English; additional languages an advantage

Shift Rotation- Weekday Nights:

Week 1: Monday - Wednesday 5pm - 5am
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 5pm - 5am

COMPENSATION

$20.00 per hour; 7% target quarterly bonus
