Job summary

Red Bull North America in Waddell, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator for weekend night shifts to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse and onto trucks.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, operate palletizing equipment, support inventory accuracy, and uphold warehouse standards. This is a permanent, on-site role with a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential and a 7% quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Experience in warehouse safety and inventory control.
• English language required; other languages a plus.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner by forklift operation and physically loading/unloading our trucks. You are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards being upheld.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Safely operate a forklift to move finished products to the warehouse or onto trucks for distribution to customers
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy source for lift
• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on palletizing equipment
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and audits as required
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accurate tracking of inventory within the facility
• Follow standard work policies and procedures
• Work as a team with other forklift drivers to prevent line stoppages and improve operations

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift operations experience is a must
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory as needed.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus
• English; additional languages an advantage
