Job summary

Penske Logistics in Marion, OH is hiring for a 2nd shift warehouse associate. You will match numbers, stage and sort products, and load/unload trailers while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Shift is Monday–Friday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with a base rate of $19.66 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Includes medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, boot allowance after 90 days, and a retention bonus of $1,500 after 120 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Flexible to overtime; non climate-controlled environment.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Willingness to work the specified schedule and location.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Match numbers and letters accurately.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read work orders and determine tasks from material needs.
• Record numbers of units moved daily.
• Assemble/pack containers and pallets for shipment.
• Operate forklift/pallet jacks where applicable.
• Comply with safety requirements.
