Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading with power equipment in a fast-paced warehouse in Virginia.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, putaway, order picking, and maintaining accuracy and safety in daily tasks. Prior forklift experience is preferred, and basic math and computer skills are beneficial for inventory control and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior powered industrial equipment experience preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math and number sequence recognition for location placement.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product with power equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a neat, safe area.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments and store to correct locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct item and quantity.
• Load product into trailers or containers for outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
