Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to safely operate forklifts and other powered equipment in a warehouse environment. You will load, unload, stack, and stage merchandise, manage inventories, and support shipping/receiving with attention to accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years related experience, and a valid powered MHE license. The role is on-site with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school or GED with at least 3 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials and safety procedures.
• Certified license to operate powered material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other MHE safely following OSHA standards.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product and materials.
• Inventory control, shipping, receiving, and re-packaging tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure accuracy of shipments.
