Job summary

Genpak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to distribute products per orders and unload trailers while maintaining FIFO and accuracy. You will operate forklifts safely under OSHA guidelines and assist with warehouse organization and housekeeping.

This role requires certification for powered industrial trucks and a commitment to food safety, GMP standards, and daily warehouse operations under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Powered Industrial Truck Certificate (in-house training and licensing).
• Warehouse experience with forklift operation preferred.
• Ability to meet daily departmental goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift per OSHA requirements to move product and load trailers.
• Unload trailers and place product in correct locations in the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues to supervisor.
• Document movements and maintain accurate inventory using barcode scanners.
