Job summary

Genpak in Charlotte, NC is seeking a forklift operator to support distribution operations. You will load/unload trailers, move product to correct locations, and perform daily equipment inspections.

This role emphasizes safety (OSHA), FIFO staging, and accurate data entry using barcode scanners and Oracle. You will work under the Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating PIT equipment and forklifts.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts per OSHA requirements to distribute product according to orders.
• Unload trailers and place product in correct warehouse locations.
• Scan barcodes and document movements in Oracle and load sheets.
• Consolidate products and maintain neat, accurate trailer loads.
• Support the Warehouse Manager and assist drivers as needed.
