Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a dependable warehouse associate in Bakersfield to operate a stand-up forklift, pick and prepare orders, and manage inventory with RF scanning. You will maintain a safe, clean work area and support loading and shipping tasks.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of warehouse experience, a valid DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $19.15–$28.72 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid state-issued license is required.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• May provide backup driver duties as needed.
