Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Lift Truck Operator I to join our shipping team. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires forklift operation, warehouse accuracy and adherence to safety procedures.

The Lift Truck Operator I will load and stage cases, unload incoming materials, rotate inventory by FIFO, and ensure correct labeling and weight distribution for all shipments. Attention to safety and basic English literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and write English.
• Safe work habits and forklift safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load truck per loading document with correct label, variety, size and vintage.
• Stage and load product in trucks and pallets per picking document.
• Unload incoming materials and transfer to storage area.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO system.
• Palletize case goods and ensure safe loading distribution.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
