Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is hiring a Lift Truck Operator I to join our onsite warehouse team. The role reports to Shift Supervisor, is full-time, non-exempt, and focuses on loading, unloading, staging, and palletizing wine cases while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will operate forklifts, follow FIFO, comply with ISO9001/HACCP/GMP, and learn our IFS/ALS/WMS systems. A valid forklift certification is required, and English literacy plus teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass OSHA forklift certification.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work under direction of others and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks per loading document with correct label, variety, size and vintage.
• Stage and load product safely and efficiently.
• Unloading and transporting materials to storage areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation for raw and finished goods.
• Palletize case goods and ensure safe space utilization.
• Operate forklift and learn IFS/ALS/WMS systems.
