Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a forklift operator to perform production-related tasks in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include moving goods, inventory checks, and coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, stand-up forklift experience, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Prior warehouse production experience is preferred, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport finished jobs into correct areas.
• Move pallets for in-process jobs to appropriate areas.
• Place finished goods on designated pallets.
• Complete forklift operator's checklist accurately.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Coordinate with managers for production line alignment.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of corrugated materials.
• Perform daily inventory audits as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe; move empty pallets as required.
• Assist supervisors on the production floor for safety.
• Execute all functions in the WMS system as required.
