Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle materials and operate a forklift across our Oshkosh, WI facility. The role ensures outgoing materials meet customer specs and adheres to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report issues affecting inventory.
• Ensure all efforts meet customer quality requirements.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform manager of maintenance needs.
