Job summary

FIDELITONE is hiring for a Warehouse Load/Unload position in Manassas, VA. You will work in the Operations - Last Mile department, full-time, on-site, at a facility handling merchandise with forklifts and WMS systems.

The role requires reading and speaking English, basic computer skills, and a safety-first mindset. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English.
• Basic computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enter data and track product status.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick and pack orders, build pallets and assist with light assembly.
• Stage items for outbound shipments and label, wrap, and package as needed.
• Prepare bills of lading and manifests for carriers; stage skids for transport.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervision.
