Job summary

FIDELITONE in Fremont, CA is seeking a Warehouse/Driver Helper (Mon.-Fri., 1st Shift) to support operations in Last Mile. You will unload, pick, pack, stage, and transport merchandise, using forklift when needed, and assist with installation and delivery tasks.

This full-time role requires safety focus, ability to lift 75+ lbs with assistance, flexible schedule, and basic computer skills. Compensation is $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, comprehend and speak English.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs with assistance.
• Experience with moving techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/overtime.
• Certified forklift operator or willing to learn.
• Warehouse knowledge and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Follows safety standards (5S) in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage.
• Pick, pack, pallet build, and light assembly.
• Store merchandise in designated areas.
• Label, sort, wrap, pack and repack as needed.
• Create bills of lading and manifests.
• Stage skids for outbound shipments using carriers.
• Move products to outbound trucks and ensure safe loading.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment per 5S.
• Provide coverage for Installer H by assisting with delivery and installation tasks.
• Assist with transportation and installation of goods per schedule.
• Verify loads within weight limits and report discrepancies.
• Ensure good customer relations via timely deliveries.
• Report paperwork and delivery logs daily.
