Job summary

Roadway Moving is seeking a warehouse associate in North Hills, CA to safely load and unload cargo, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate inventory across our U.S. locations.

You will follow safety protocols, use the warehouse scanning system, and work 40–45 hours per week with weekend availability. Forklift certification is required, prior moving-industry experience preferred, and you must be able to lift 50 lbs and commute reliably.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification required.
• Prior experience in the moving industry preferred.
• Experience working with wooden vaults.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to North Hills, CA.
• Must be flexible to come in early and leave late; weekend work required; 40–45h weekly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load and offload cargo from trucks/trailers.
• Conduct quality control inspections to protect shipments.
• Use the warehouse scanning system to log items in/out of storage.
• Stack and handle cargo in wooden vaults.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and records.
• Keep a clean, safe working environment and perform daily warehouse cleaning.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
