Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a client in the logistics and warehousing industry by hiring a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join their team. You will support inventory management and logistics processes while maintaining accuracy and reliability in daily operations.

The role requires previous forklift experience, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. Shifts run Monday through Friday with starting times around 5:00–5:30 a.m.; the pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as discussed with the local team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload shipments efficiently and safely.
• Assist with receiving and inventory management tasks.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize RF devices for tracking and data entry.
• Handle heavy lifting and other duties as required to support warehouse operations.
