Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services seeks a forklift operator to support warehouse operations. The role includes loading/unloading, labeling, and maintaining product integrity to specification. Training on equipment is provided to develop operators continuously.

The position requires at least 6 months of forklift experience in a continuous flow setting, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds (120 with assistance), and comfort with moving machinery and harsh environments. 6am-6pm on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months forklift experience in a continuous flow manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs, and up to 120 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable around moving machinery, fumes, dust, and temperature extremes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from pallets, skids, platforms, and trucks.
• Label and handle finished products with care to prevent damage.
• Follow inventory processes and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Meet key performance metrics in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
