Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate in Minnesota to join our team. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm with a pay rate of $24 per hour. The role focuses on safely pulling orders, pallet construction, RF scanning, and accurate stock handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and follow PPE rules.
