Konz Wood Products, Inc. in Appleton, WI seeks a dedicated forklift operator to support Rough Mill operations from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will move raw material to equipment, return cut stock to the lumber yard, and help ensure quality and proper storage.

The role emphasizes safety, initiative, and opportunities to grow into leadership within the company as you learn the operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as forklift operator in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven safety record in prior roles.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm.

Responsabilités

What Role Would You Play?

Hours: Monday-Friday from 7am-4:30pm

As a forklift operator in our Rough Mill department, you will be responsible for bringing in raw material to mutiple pieces of equipment and taking cut stock back into the lumber yard. You will be responsible for ensuring material is up to quality standards and correctly cut and stored.

As you learn this role, you will also have the opportunity to take on additional responsiblities. This is an opportunity for someone to come in to learn our operations and to be a future leader of the company.
