Konz Wood Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead for first shift with growth opportunities and no weekends or rotating shifts. The role blends hands-on manufacturing with coaching responsibilities as you develop leadership skills in a steady, safety-first environment.

You will join our pallet making line, learn various operations, support production targets, and progress into greater responsibility as you demonstrate initiative and reliability.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities within our production operations. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes initiative, and is interested in developing their skills and leadership abilities.

You will work along side our production team to support the pallet making process, learn various aspects of the operations, and help keep production running safety and efficiently. Depending on experience, knowledge, strength and development, opportunities may including taking on additional responsibilities in the department(s) you are assigned to and grow into a leadership role.
