Job summary

XPO is hiring a Forklift Operator in Colorado Springs to efficiently sort, load and unload freight on a dock. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts and ensure freight is secured inside trailers; safety policies apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move goods.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely according to company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
