Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is seeking a Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller for a 2pm–10pm shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekend OT. You will load/unload trailers, pull and load orders, receive inbound shipments, and build pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of propane sit-down/stand-up/reach lift experience, can lift 50–60 pounds, performs simple math, and works well in a team while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2 years forklift experience with propane sit-down, stand-up or reach trucks.
• Able to lift 50–60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Must be a team player with attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload docked trailers and move orders to correct locations.
• Pull and load customer orders, receive inbound goods.
• Build pallets and pallet displays for shipments.
