Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. is hiring a Blue Day Forklift Operator in Massillon, OH. The role runs 7AM–7PM with a $20.20 hourly pay. You will load/unload trailers, pull and load orders, receive inbound goods, and build pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Candidates should have 2 years of propane sit-down lift/stand-up reach lift experience, lift 50–60 pounds, and perform simple math. Weekend/overtime availability is required.

Responsibilities

Blue Day Forklift Operator

7AM-7PM

$20.20 hourly

Our experienced Forklift Operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast paced Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and building pallets and pallet displays.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring 2 years' experience operating propane sit-down lifts, stand-up and reach lifts and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting 50 to 60 pounds as necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with ability to interact with both management and co-workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed: Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
