Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. in Massillon, OH is hiring a Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will load and unload docked trailers, pull and ship customer orders, and help build pallets while maintaining accuracy and safety.

We require 2 years of stand-up/reach lift experience, ability to lift 50–60 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and overtime. WMS experience is a plus, and reliability is essential for our production flow.

Qualifications

Forklift Operator -Unloader/Production Puller

Shifts available:

• Days - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Hourly Rate $22.50
• Afternoons - 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM - Hourly Rate $22.50 plus a $1.00 shift premium
• Nights - 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM - Hourly Rate $22.50 plus a $3.00 shift premium

(Days off typically Tues/Weds)

Equipment - Crown Stand-Up Forklift

Experience with Stand-Up Forklifts is required

Responsibilities

Our experienced Forklift Operators are eager to work in the challenging, fast paced Warehouse environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading customer orders, receiving inbound orders, and building pallets and pallet displays.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring 2 years' experience operating stand-up and reach lifts and be able to keep up with a fast repetitious pace. Heavy lifting 50 to 60 pounds as necessary. Simple math skills are required. Must be a team player with ability to interact with both management and co‑workers. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when needed: Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS system experience preferred.
