Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, receive stock, and put away inventory
• Pull and prepare customer orders, palletize/wrap orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard at all times
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality in all tasks
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
• Align all communications and actions with the company’s mission, vision, and culture
• Manage time effectively, meet personal and team goals, and collaborate productively with coworkers
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
• Process and ship orders via Amazon and FedEx

Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit while operating a forklift
• Required to get on and off the forklift frequently
• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, push, pull, grasp, lift, and handle objects/tools
• Must regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Good sense of balance, hand‑eye coordination, and ability to judge weights, distances, and heights
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the season
