Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our Minnesota-based operations team. This role supports production by loading/unloading, pallet handling, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

The position offers a competitive pay of $20/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with strong benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with precision using forklifts and assist production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice 'Clean as You Go'.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
