Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Driver in Kenosha, WI. The role requires operating a fork truck safely, supporting warehouse functions, and maintaining food safety practices.

Training is provided, and there is a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule from 6am to 6:30pm with a $1 night differential on top of the base pay. Ideal candidates have good attendance and the ability to read/write in English; prior forklift experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a good attendance record.
• Read and write in English.
• Willing to train; No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Complete safety inspections and reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in picking, loading, unloading, receiving, and inventory control in various warehouse zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Kenosha management.
