Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Kenosha, WI is hiring a full-time Forklift Driver to operate a forklift, perform warehouse duties, and support inventory control in a food-safe environment.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must read and write English and maintain reliable attendance. Rotating 12-hour shifts run from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with a $25.10 hourly base rate plus an additional night-shift differential of $1 per hour.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be dependable with good attendance.
• Rotating 12-hour shifts (6am–6:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Drive a fork truck safely and efficiently.
• Fill out required safety inspection reports.
• Perform warehouse tasks: picking, loading/unloading, receiving, inventory control, cleaning.
• Complete SAP transactions.
• Report food safety or quality issues to Supervisor.
