Job summary

Staffmark Group in Hebron, KY is hiring a Forklift Operator for all shifts on a temp-to-hire basis. You will safely operate forklifts to pick, load, unload, and transport goods, verify inbound/outbound shipments, and use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System to keep inventory accurate.

Education and certifications: high school diploma or GED, 18+, ability to pass a basic math assessment, and current forklift certification. Experience: at least 2 years in a high-volume warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass a basic math assessment.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to pick, load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while following all company and site safety procedures.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, quantity, and product quality.
• Utilize RF scanners and WMS to maintain inventory accuracy and track product movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
