Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lebanon, CT is hiring for a Forklift Operator on 1st shift. The role involves safely operating forklifts, moving palletized goods, and supporting warehouse operations.

You will pull product from the production line, load trucks with a tablet and read the BOL, restack pallets, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with powered equipment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pull product from the production line and place it in the proper location.
• Load trucks using a tablet and read the BOL to load trucks correctly.
• Restack pallets.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Cut and dump bags/product.
• Sweep and maintain a clean work area.
