The position is temp-to-hire with a pay rate of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and multiple shift options. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification required or ability to provide current certification.
• Experience using RF scanners, WMS, and inventory tracking systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently while following company and workplace safety standards.
• Load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse and distribution facility.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, quantity, and product condition.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and complete transactions.
• Move materials to designated storage, staging, shipping, and receiving locations.
• Conduct daily forklift and equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Work closely with team members to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and food-grade handling requirements when applicable.
• Perform additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned by management.
